Early Morning Sickness

As a school kid, I used to get up early in the morning to go for jogging with my father but in most cases, I never get up from the bed due to the early morning sickness. During exam times, children used to keep alarms to get up early and prepare for the exams but the early morning sickness gets in to them and most of them switch off the alarm and go back to bed. Sleeping in the early morning will be unavoidable and people of all categories and profession will fell it very hard to get up in the early morning. The drowsiness gets in to the people and even after drinking bed coffee many people go back to sleep and in the week ends, people hate to get disturbed in the morning time. Some of them even sleep till the afternoon during the week ends and when I try to wake up my son on the week ends, he used to scold me like any thing and go back to sleep. Most of the people scold and in some cases beat up the person who tries to wake them up in the morning. Early morning time is very precious and a lot of useful things can be done in the early morning through cycling, exercises, and various other activities. Students can study well in the early morning time as there will be no lack in concentration and the early morning silence will make the students to learn their subjects in an effective manner. Experts and scholars say that people waste a lot of time but when a person gets up early in the morning, it will be very hard to waste the early morning time and they will do any useful activity in the morning time. Any event planned in the early morning will be a great success and the plan will be effectively implemented in most of the cases. When a person gets out of the early morning sickness for a day or two, then automatically, the person will wake up in the early morning and will start the same routine and will make the day a very useful and happy one. It is very hard to get rid of the early morning sickness as the mind of many people will say to sleep at that time but one has to control the mind to wake up in the early morning and start doing their activities.
