Pregnancy can be a fun filled period in one' life. However, these
joyous moments can easily be clouded with morning sickness which is

for the pregnant woman to identify anything that triggers their
morning sickness as the causes vary with every woman. Whether it is
the smell of certain foods or the scent of some perfume, it is
important to avoid the things that cause any discomfort.
Nausea is normally brought about by many things among them too much
acid in the stomach and pregnancy escalates the levels of acid in the
stomach for one reason or the other. This leads to the reaction of
morning sickness during pregnancy. Reducing the levels of the acid
will calm down this reaction. This can be done by using some vinegar
to the pregnant woman' diet to help balance out the acids in the
stomach and subsequently their volatile reactions. This will help with
morning sickness.

pregnant women are advised to control their eating habits as well as
their diets in order to avoid morning sickness. Eating meals in small
portions can help with morning sickness and this can be done with more
frequency. Pregnant women should not succumb to all their eating
cravings as this can make them to over-eat and cause morning
sickness. Greasy and fatty foods may also trigger morning sickness and
cause heartburn besides being unhealthy. The pregnant women should
therefore avoid high fat diet to help with morning sickness.
Fresh lemon is said to be of help in relieving morning
nausea. Pregnant women are advised to sniff the lemon extract when it
is freshly cut as this will help to reduce their hyper sensitivity to
smells that cause them to feel nauseous. Ginger has also helped some
women ion dealing with the morning sickness and women suffering from
morning nausea are advised to take it as ginger tea mixed with hot
water to make the taste more pleasant. However, the ginger tea should
only be taken if it rhymes with one' taste. Women are also advised to
keep their body as hydrated as possible by drinking lots of
water. This will help with morning sickness at the same time.
Getting enough rest and avoiding hot places can also be of
help.
